I have to send it in for binding August 26th and then I am free from school for a long, long time!! [img]biggrin.gif[/img] Until I do my PhD in ten + years!

The paper is for my Masters in International Public Relations.

Before I tell you about it... remember... you asked.

The topic is Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Public Relations in the Age of Globalisation Post-September 11th. [img]tongue.gif[/img] That would be the pretentious meaningless title for now. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Corporate responsibility is how companies address social and environmental issues. Nike for example has a bad history as far as child labour, unfair wages and environmental problems are concerned. I've interviewed tons of companies, public relations consultancies and non-governmental organisations to see what their views are on CSR and how they think Public Relations is used.

Then it's my job to take all the research and comment on how CSR is changing the role of PR in corporations, where the challenges lie and how to address them.

It's made me rethink a career in PR... [img]frown.gif[/img] I don't know what I'm going to do. Is there such thing as an ethical job?
